Creative guidance

BalloonFlow provides AI-assisted design suggestions and visual concepts. Scores, lengths, quantities, colors, and placements are estimates and may be wrong. They are not engineering, rigging, installation, or safety instructions.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying measurements, attachment points, venue rules, product instructions, accessibility, and structural safety before building or installing a garland.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permission to process and share it. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or infringing content.

Community conduct

Community participation must follow the Community Guidelines. BalloonFlow may hide or remove reported content that violates those rules.

Contracts and electronic signatures

Contract templates and electronic-signature tools are organizational features, not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing your terms, confirming the signer’s identity and authority, retaining any records required in your location, and deciding whether electronic signatures are appropriate for your transaction.

Client payments through Square

Balloon businesses may connect their own Square account and create payment links for physical event services. Square processes those payments under its terms. BalloonFlow is not the merchant, escrow provider, or a party to the client service agreement. The business is responsible for checking amounts and payment status and for handling refunds, disputes, taxes, and fulfillment with the client and Square.

Membership and store billing

BalloonFlow requires an active Pro membership. BalloonFlow Pro costs $29.99 per month in the United States and includes 30 AI garland checks, 30 AI backdrop mockups, up to 15 Expert suggestions per check, 20 Theme plans, unlimited saved work, Community participation, and the complete Jobs & Proposals workspace. Authorized complimentary accounts keep Pro access without a mobile-store subscription.

Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial that includes 3 AI garland checks, 3 AI backdrop mockups, and 3 Theme plans. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal. Purchases made on iPhone are charged to the Apple Account and managed under Apple Account → Subscriptions. Purchases made on Android are charged to the Google Account and managed in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If a trial or subscription expires, Pro tools remain locked until the membership is renewed. Each store account may only be eligible for one introductory offer. Included monthly usage resets each month and unused usage does not roll over. The price and renewal timing shown by Apple or Google at checkout control and may vary by storefront; the store provides required price-change notices.

Referral pilot

The referral payout pilot is limited to approved U.S. recipients. A standard customer reward is $10 and an approved creator or educator reward is $20. A reward can qualify only after the referred customer completes two distinct, successful monthly Apple or Google subscription payments and 30 days have passed after the second payment. Refunded, revoked, charged-back, sandbox, duplicate, incomplete, self-referred, fraudulent, or unverifiable purchases do not qualify. Reward rates are fixed when attribution occurs, and later partner approval is not retroactive.

Eligible rewards require administrator review and a fresh store verification. Approval is not payment and does not promise a payment date. Stripe separately requires successful recipient onboarding before BalloonFlow can send a reward. Stripe, not BalloonFlow, collects required banking, identity, and tax information. Referrers must clearly disclose that they may receive a reward when promoting BalloonFlow. BalloonFlow may suspend participation, block suspected abuse, and reverse unpaid approvals when eligibility changes.

Availability

Features may change, fail, or be temporarily limited. AI requests may also be restricted to protect service availability, safety, and included usage limits.
